The trouble isn't with us men. The trouble is that when the solution involves the application of a lead pipe to the cranium of a 'moran' there are legal repercussions we must first consider.

Having consulted with the land-lord, there is no official fire lane as such in the lot. Now, I'm not sure if that's true if I were to contact the police and/or fire department. On the other hand, doing that sort of thing might put me in the land lord's bad graces. Not to mention, the local constabulary has a rather hands-off policy regarding that sort of thing.

More updates as I have information...

Any chance of getting the police to do your dirty work? I don't know quite how the law stands, but you could hardly be held responsible by the landlord if, say, someone you knew in college were to make a complaint to the authorities.

I can see it now... Customer demands Tiger Pro, AM gets Customer to sign waiver, Tiger Pro blows up, Customer comes in, cusses out AM, and reports him to the BBB!

I suppose you might make them sign a waiver -- acknowledging that they've been briefed on the risks and disclaiming any warranty whatsoever.

I imagine that would be emotionally satisfying for you, if nothing else.
